Cancellation/Return in Case of Damage:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, report a complaint to our customer care at  support@murliwale.com  within 24 hours of delivery. A solution will be provided within 72 hours. If in the opinion of Mountlaps, the product is broken, it may be returned or replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Mountlaps, to address the issue.

Order Processing and Delivery

Once we process your order, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as soon as possible. If they are unable to reach your address or find a suitable delivery time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
